Copyright And Takedown Requests

Submit A Request

Email support@colorvelvetempire.org with the subject line "Copyright Request" and include:

• Your legal name, email, phone number, and relationship to the work.
• The copyrighted work, recording, artwork, photo, video, credit, or metadata at issue.
• The Color Velvet Empire URL, app record, release, artist profile, or public link involved.
• A clear explanation of the ownership issue, requested correction, or takedown request.
• Any supporting documents, registrations, contracts, licenses, screenshots, or platform links.
• A statement that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to make the request.

Review Process

Color Velvet Empire may pause public display, request more information, contact involved parties, preserve audit records, or update artist, release, media, or credit data while reviewing a rights issue.

False Or Incomplete Claims

Incomplete, false, or abusive requests may delay review. If a dispute involves multiple rights holders, contracts, or platform rules, the issue may need outside legal review or direct platform handling.
