How To Request Deletion

Email support@colorvelvetempire.org with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your full name and account email.
• Your artist name, label role, or user role.
• Whether you want account deletion, public profile removal, specific content removal, or a copy/export before deletion.
• Any public URLs connected to the request.

What May Be Deleted

• Account profile details, app profile image, contact details, and user preferences.
• Draft uploads, private app records, and support messages when retention is not required.
• Public artist, release, or media display items after review when they are eligible for removal.

Records That May Be Retained

Some records may be retained when needed for contracts, accounting, royalties, audit trails, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal obligations, or approved public releases that involve multiple rights holders.

Identity Verification

Color Velvet Empire may need to verify your identity and account ownership before changing or deleting account, artist, release, or business records.
