Accounts And Roles

Access is role-based. Artists, media contributors, A&R, board members, listeners, and admins only receive the permissions assigned to their approved role. Admin-only tools, private approval notes, contracts, and operational controls must not be shared publicly.

Artist And Media Submissions

• You must have the rights needed to upload music, artwork, photos, videos, metadata, credits, and other materials.
• Submitted content may be reviewed by authorized Color Velvet Empire personnel before approval, release, or public website placement.
• Public website placement only happens after the required review, approval, and publish steps are completed.

Contracts And Deal Terms

Contract packets, artist agreements, approvals, signatures, and deal terms shown inside the app are operational records. Users should review all legal documents carefully and should seek independent legal advice before signing binding agreements.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the app or website to upload stolen content, impersonate another person, bypass role permissions, interfere with security, harass others, or submit false ownership, payment, credit, or release information.

Third-Party Services

The app may connect to outside services for distribution, analytics, website deployment, storage, email, and media platforms. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms.

Changes And Suspension

Color Velvet Empire may update the app, workflows, policies, or website features. Accounts or submissions may be limited, paused, denied, or removed when needed for security, legal, operational, or rights-related reasons.
